Description
We are seeking a reliable and responsible Caretaker in Lisburn.


Duties:


  • Perform commercial cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
  • Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when replenishment is needed
  • Assist with setting up meeting rooms or event spaces as needed
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing duties

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in commercial cleaning is preferred
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
