We are searching for an experienced Supervisor to assist the Manager in the smooth operation of the café located within Cattle Country.

Key areas of training and responsibilities:
Acting on behalf of the Manager and collaborating with them, our Supervisor will oversee a team in the Manager's absence, serving as the primary contact for that business segment during operating hours.
Collaborating with other Managers and Supervisors to ensure smooth business operations.
Assigning daily tasks and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service consistently.
Demonstrating strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities through proactive initiative.
Assisting in the training of new employees and junior team members.
Maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness and hygiene to set a positive example for the team.
Organizing staff lunches and managing customer inquiries.
Maintaining a polished and professional appearance.
Being adaptable and willing to work extra hours when necessary.
Possessing a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the business and the layout/locations of the site.

This is a part-time position, with 8-16 hours per week, offering the potential for full-time hours during holiday periods. Weekend availability is vital as we operate every weekend year-round and daily during school breaks.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
