Working within a small, friendly team of mental health professionals (Counselling and Mental Health Team) within the wider OHWB team based at UHP.

The role will consist of hybrid working both in the OH Department and from home. Plenty of opportunity to work autonomously but with good support from colleagues, clinical supervision and regular team meetings.

Specialist Mental Health provision within an Occupational Health and Wellbeing Department
To support the Specialist Mental Health Advisor with the development and delivery of an Occupational Mental Health service, integral to the Counselling and Mental Health Team of the OHWB service
To provide Occupational Mental Health advice to employees and managers of UHPT and client organisations
To assist in the development of protocols for the OH Mental Health service
To participate in the provision and development of the OHWB service

Preference will be given to internal Trust staff, as well as 'Priority' and 'At Risk' status including NHS at Risk staff throughout Devon who is able to display recent relevant experience as dictated by the Person Specification.
