6+ years PQE to join their corporate & commercial team. Their clients are varied, from owner-managed businesses to multi-national blue chip organisations across a range of industries. The firm have doubled in size in recent years, so this opportunityis an exciting one to be a part of their growth.


The Role

  • The role involves a decent reach across both corporate and commercial matters, including contract work, trade mark issues, general private M&A, shareholder agreements etc.
  • Legal advisory work within a business context.
  • Joint ventures, investment agreements.
Salary starting from £70,000 with movement depending on experience.

Private medical insurance.
