Location:

We are actively looking to secure a PMO, focused in Demand Management to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

The Role
Our client is looking for an experienced PMO to ensure delivery of the Demand Management operational service. The PMO will work in collaboration with the wider organisation and operating model, delivering quality client responses.


Key Tasks and Deliverables

  • Embed demand management as a valueadd service and an integral part of the operational team.
  • Support the preparation of highquality responses to client in line with agreed timelines.
  • Ensure the principles agreed under Common Response are adhered to, to produce highquality estimates to drive pricing of responses in line with contract terms.
  • Work across Demand Management, Transition Managers, I&T, Revenue Groups, Clusters and Delivery Centres to embed good practice.
  • Provide support for other CDLs and help to develop a CDL Community to ensure consistency and cover for all contracts.
  • Contribute to the Demand Management Change & Improvement Programme.
  • Active engagement with Demand Management, Transition Managers, Revenue Groups, Clusters and Delivery Centres to support production of responses.
  • Attend weekly I&T Pipeline meeting to understand the potential work to be submitted under the contract.
  • Own/Chair a weekly meeting with relevant teams to review all demand and identify issues or delays in progressing preparation of client responses.
  • Detailed record of key milestones, assumptions recorded for audit purposes, to aid responses to any challenges from the client on impacts.
  • Contract specific operational level reporting and MI to aid active management of client requests.
  • Quality assurance and contract alignment governance to ensure consistency and highquality response to the client.
  • Ensure prior to return to client, signoffs are obtained in line with Identify dependencies and synergies with other contracts to ensure coherent and complete impacting for all deliverables.
  • Support identification and engagement of affected teams/names requiring an estimate.
  • Progress, monitor, chase, report (real time dashboard), support (estimation and risk), record progress and governance across the DU and wider suppliers.
  • When appropriate, support the onboarding of new contracts in alignment to the Demand Management service.
  • Deliver the key responsibilities in alignment to Common Response.
  • Ensure client requests use single entry and exit points.
  • Follow the appropriate low/standard risk approach.
  • Provide quality assurance across the process.

Key Skills

Certification:
ISEB Programme & Project Support Office (PPSO) Foundation or equivalent (or willingness to study for same). ISEB PPSO Advanced level desirable


Essential Tools:
JIRA, Good Excel skills, MS Products.
