The Opportunity

Nigel Wright are delighted to be working alongside a leading business in Newcastle to recruit a Sales Administrator on a Permanent basis.

Based just outside of Newcastle City Centre and with Public Transport links close by, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a successful team.


The Role

Duties will include:

  • Handle enquiries about products and pricing
  • Establish and maintain high levels of efficiency and accuracy
  • Support Sales Team to process orders and record all customer activity using CRM
  • Handle incoming calls with excellent customer service and professionalism
  • Support the achievement of team and departmental revenue objectives, and business strategy
  • Keeps knowledgeable and uptodate on changes and developments of product line
  • Deliver on productivity KPIs.
Our client is looking for excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise and deliver in an effective way.

Alongside this you must be a team player with a willingness to learn and an enthusiastic approach to customer service.


Benefits

As you will be supporting the International Sales Team, you will be required to work 9am - 5pm, changing to 4pm - midnight 1 in every 3 weeks.

When working on a later shift, you will always be able to work from home, alongside hybrid working when on the day shifts.

All hours are always Monday - Friday.
