Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist customers with inquiries and purchases
  • Provide product information and recommendations
  • Up sell products to customers when appropriate
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism

Requirements:


  • Strong selling skills with the ability to upsell products
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Organizational skills with good time management abilities

Pay:
From £23,974.00 per year
