Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Advisor. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.


Duties:


  • Analyse client needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and requests in person
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction
  • Provide product information and recommendations to clients
  • Handle client complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with team members to meet client needs and achieve sales targets

Qualifications:


  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Salary:
From £25,443.02 per year
