We are looking for an in-house talent acquisition officer to join our busy law firm, dealing with all the practice recruitment.

Job Role

  • Be responsible for the inhouse recruitment for the firm
  • Managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns.
  • Ensuring all company policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current employment law and ensuring line managers are up to date with any change in policy
  • To be familiar with and operate and comply with any quality procedures the firm operates
  • To comply with any Health and Safety procedures the firm operates.
  • To undertake other administrative duties as may be required from time to time to ensure the smooth running of the firm
  • To ensure Money Laundering procedures are adhered to and any suspicious circumstances reported to the MLRO.
The role will be based in our Leeds city centre office.


Person Specification

  • They will demonstrate the ability to work with discretion, maturity and absolute professionalism.
  • They will be a selfstarter with a handson approach with the desire to develop skills and knowledge in relation to recruitment best practice.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with key members of the team
  • Assertive, articulate and selfconfident. Reliable and conscientious with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a teamorientated environment.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 22.5 per week


Salary:
£25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
