Youth Engagement ManagerPertemps Work Based Learning are currently working in partnership with a fantastic training provider who are based in the North West of England. They deliver training and learning sessions in order to make a positive impact on the lives of young people livingin some of the most disadvantaged communities in the UK.
- £30,000

  • Based in Liverpool
  • Bonus included based on Learner Completion

Key Duties of the Youth Engagement Manager:

  • The Youth Engagement officer will be responsible for engaging new starters on to courses within the company.
  • Support new starts during the registration process and identify key needs of the new starter.
  • Liaise with Operations Management in order to identify targets across contracts and programmes and identify areas to grow in recruitment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners and organisations.
  • Produce reports regarding own work, alongside completely internal and external paperwork.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience required for the Youth Engagement Manager:

  • Information, Advice and Guidance Level 3 is desirable, but not essential.
  • Experience working with young people and vulnerable groups.
  • Knowledge of career pathways and academic, voluntary or training opportunities.
  • Proven track record of working in a targeted environment.
  • Recruitment or Learner Engagement experience would be highly desirable.
  • A keen interest in making a difference within the local community, at the best interest of the individuals that you are working for.
  • Hold a clean driving licence with access to a vehicle.
