Senior Supply Planner - Cambridge, United Kingdom - Mundipharma
Description
In this role, you would be responsible for managing the supply planning activities of various supply chains to support the supply of more than $100M in sales revenue per annum.
You would be required to create and manage replenishment plans, ensuring they are performed in an efficient, effective and timely manner, as well as managing inventory at an asset level to support global inventory targets.
You would also be responsible for the Supply Planning and Review process as part of the global S&OP process and for implementing policies and processes that support strategies to supply products effectively and efficiently to Europe.
Additionally, you would be expected to collaborate with Logistics, Quality, Procurement and Financial Teams, providing guidance and expertise where necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Global S&OP strategy by owning and continuously improve the supply planning and review process. Ensuring all KPI targets are met including 99% service level for A class products, inventory target for each asset and OTIF is >90
- Lead the Supply Review meetings with internal, joint venture and global 3rd party suppliers as part of the S&OP cycle and work to resolve potential capacity constraints and mitigate risks and realise opportunities.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives internally with the Supply Planning Team and with allocated suppliers to reduce cost, increase gross margin and ultimately improve profitability

Influencing and Communication- Ability to influence to internal and external global stakeholders to achieve the optimal results for Mundipharma through conflict resolution and partnership.- Deliver effective communication at all levels including team members, suppliers and Director of Supply Chain Planning through the Sales and Operational Planning cycle.- Ensure compliance with statutory duties, regulation and legislation.- Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organisational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal, Code of Business Ethics, environmental policies and general duty of care.- When appropriate to the function create, revise and maintain up to date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications:
- Experience of working in Supply planning at a global level with multiple end customers.
- ERP system experience.
- Good level of knowledge of Excel.
- Experience of developing an S&OP process maturity.
