Grafton Recruitment are now seeking to appoint a Healthcare Support Worker to our Public Sector client based in Redhill.

We are looking for talented, patient focused clinicians to deliver gold standard, one to one, holistic care in the comfort of a patient'sown home.


Duties of the Healthcare Support Worker

  • Working under the direct supervision of a registered practitioner, to support patients in their own homes with personal care and wound care.
  • Answering patients' queries.
  • Supporting service delivery logistics.
  • Offering outstanding professional patient care.
  • Travelling to visit patients in their home setting.

Experience Required

  • Previous care experience, ideally within a community setting and be confident in reporting clinical observations.
  • You also need to have strong communication skills, including actively listening, communicating sensitively, and putting people at ease.
  • An NVQ within healthcare.
  • Being able to take bloods would be an advantage but is not essential.
  • Full UK driving license.
