Due to recent growth, Vision for Education are looking to recruit a number of Qualified Teaching Assistants for a number of roles, including day to day supply, long term and permanent roles, for immediate or September start dates, working with a range of EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 classes.

Requirements:

To be considered for the role of Teaching Assistant you will:

Experience: Have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in an educational setting, preferably within primary or secondary schools. Experience with students of various ages and abilities is advantageous.
Classroom Support: Demonstrate the ability to provide effective support to the classroom teacher, including assisting with lesson preparation, delivering small group activities, and providing onetoone support to students as needed.
Behaviour Management: Have knowledge of behaviour management strategies and the ability to implement them consistently to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with students, teachers, and parents. The ability to listen attentively, give clear instructions, and provide feedback is essential.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to work in different classrooms or with different students as required. Demonstrate the ability to adjust teaching approaches and strategies to meet individual student needs.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with teachers, other teaching assistants, and support staff to promote a cohesive and productive learning environment. The ability to establish positive relationships and contribute to a team dynamic is important.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.

The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
