Description

We are recruiting for a variety of Self Employed SIA Door Supervisors that will work in the following roles:

RESPONSIBILTIES

Supporting with customer arrivals, including carrying out ticket checks, searching individuals and completing ID checks.
Help manage the flow of customers at entry and exit points, particularly at the start and end of an event.
Report incidents promptly to supervisors and security team and write incident reports as necessary.
Ensure compliance with event organiser rules and regulations, including nosmoking areas and noentry zones.
Consistently uphold the highest standards of customer service and safety.
Manage any conflict or disturbances diplomatically and use deescalation techniques to prevent situations from escalating.
Regularly patrol designated sections to identify and address any safety hazards or potential issues.
