Application Support Consultant

Cannock, Staffordshire / Hybrid

Salary up to 35k

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Application Support Consultant to join a leading supplier of temporary power solutions to the UK rental market.

As an Application Support Consultant, you will work within a dynamic and forward-thinking environment that offers hybrid working options, providing the perfect balance between remote and in-office work.

As an Application Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, partners, and colleagues with technical expertise for our suite of products and internal systems.

You will work hand-in-hand with your peers in the Operations Team, ensuring all issues are logged and resolved within designated SLA timeframes.

You will also be involved in project/software implementation to new and existing customers and will liaise with Development, Sales, and Service teams to aid resolution of customer and internal issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing telephone and webbased support services to supported software users
Logging and owning customer queries through to resolution within designated SLA timeframes
Project/software implementation to new and existing customers
Working handinhand with peers in the Operations Team to aid resolution of customer and internal issues
Managing internal IT systems and reporting suite

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years proven experience in an Application Support, Software Support or IT Support role
Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and Database interrogation
Knowledge of supporting SaaS based products would be desirable

Salary & Benefits:

- £35,000 per annum

Location:

This position is based in Cannock, Staffordshire, and is easily commutable from surrounding areas such as Birmingham, Wolverhampton, and Stoke-on-Trent.
