Juice is delighted to be supporting a prominent business solutions company based in Chippenham, in their search for a Staging Technician to join their friendly team.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with an interest in IT to kickstart their career and develop their professional skillset in a supportive setting.


The role

You will be a key member of the operations team assisting with all aspects of device staging whilst maintaining a high level of service.

Day-to-day duties will include

  • Uploading required software onto devices
  • Ensuring that outgoing devices contain accurate information
  • Fulfilling quality and productivity standards
  • Performing quality checks before products are dispatched to customers
  • Flagging up any issues with the devices to the operations administration team
  • Offering suggestions to improve the efficiency of the department
  • Carrying out any other responsibilities as requested

About you
Ideally, you will have an interest in IT and some experience in either data configuration or data entry.

We'd love to see someone who is a fast learner, has great attention to detail and high levels of accuracy, and is able to communicate confidently.

You willbe IT literate, have basic knowledge of some technical processes, and be able to follow step-by-step guidelines with ease.


Hours:
Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm with a 30 minute lunch break.
