JOB ROLE/PURPOSE:

Supervise domestic assistants on a day to day basis to ensure all MMP sites are cleaned to the correct standards.

Organise rotas to ensure appropriate cover is provided.

Responsible for line managing domestic assistants and ensuring all aspects of HR cycle are complete.

Ensuring the Domestic team are fully trained in all areas of their role
