About the Role

Base Location:
London, Perth or Glasgow


Salary:
£31,339 - £35,892 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

As a Personal Assistant, you'll have a dynamic role supporting the Director of New Markets & Business Development and their teams.

Your responsibilities will be vital for the smooth operation of our Technology Business Unit.

Here are some of your key responsibilities:

  • Managing and coordinating international travel and diary schedules for senior executives.
  • Administering and sharing project documentation including invoices, purchase orders, requisitions, and engaging external resources as necessary.
  • Assisting in the effective management of business and project reports, contributing to the review and development of policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Serving as a central point of contact for new starts, overseeing onboarding processes and coordinating team and office inductions.

What do I need?

To excel in this role, you need:

  • Proven experience in roles such as personal assistant, project coordinator, or similar administrative positions.
  • Exceptional organisational skills to maintain records and manage schedules efficiently.
  • Strong filing and document handling skills to keep business operations seamless.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with varied stakeholders.
