36.5 hours per week

Reporting to the Head of Talent Learning & Early Careers, this role focuses on providing support, advice and guidance on talent and learning solutions; to support the overall People Services delivery plan; to be Best In Class.
As our Talent and Learning Administrator, you will be an integral part of the team supporting colleagues with the design and delivery of the Talent Strategy, which ensures that the council develops its workforce to support the delivery of services.
You will be involved in supporting programmes that help us to grow our talent, supporting the delivery of mentoring and coaching schemes, supporting career pathways and accelerated development schemes, and supporting build capacity within the council, and ultimately supporting the council to become an employer of choice.
We'll take it for granted that you are an engaging communicator, team player, a self-starter, enthusiastic collaborator, and someone that enjoys making evidence- based decisions by thinking outside the box, to support the team in finding the right solutions.
