Team Leader for our

Engagement and Outreach Ieam to join us, working in our new

Swindon service. The post-holder will be integral to ensuring a high quality and consistency of service delivery.

As the Engagement and Outreach Team Leader, you will provide clear role modelling and leadership for your team to

ensure effective service provision for service users. You will support the delivery of high quality service

provision by:

Creating an ambitious service user focussed culture.
Engaging staff to provide a continually improving and innovative service.
Providing leadership, management, support and development to a diverse team of staff
