Dealing with high quality EL/PL and RTA personal injury cases on a large scale, this department has grown rapidly over the past few years.

As a result of their success and growth, they are now looking for established MOJ Portal Fee Earners with experience of working in a fast paced, cost driven environment to join our team.


This is an opportunity for proven MOJ Portal Fee Earners to join an established, exciting and welcoming company with major expansion plans, leading to excellent career progression opportunities.


Responsibilities:


  • Handle caseload of EL/PL or RTA files from portal submission through all stages of the MOJ Portal, along with infant claims proceeding to infant approval.
  • Handle claims from acceptance to settlement within the MOJ Portal.
  • Timely and accurate maintenance of all case management, billing and management information systems.
  • Correspondence and telephone calls.
  • Reviewing files.
  • Being part of the support for junior staff.

Personal Specification:


  • High level experience in Fee Earning.
- experience in Fee Earning
  • EL/PL or RTA (stage 23)
  • MOJ Portal experience
  • Confident in litigating matters from start to Finish.
  • Excellent customer care skills.
  • Hard working and able to work from own initiative with mínimal supervision.
  • Keen Commercial awareness.
