The company:

Recruit UK is working with a well-established and thriving National Investment Firm that is seeking a Client Documentation Reviewer to join their team in the Liverpool Office.

As a Client Document Reviewer, you will work collaboratively with the Suitability and Investment Managers, providing a high-quality service. To be successful within the role you must have strong relationship-building skills, as well as an understanding of Excel.

The role:

Managing and prioritising workload
Updating internal databases and systems
Reviewing client documentation
Working alongside the suitability manager and investment team
Drafting reports, identifying gaps in procedures, and reporting these to the investment managers
Working alongside internal teams to provide support
Reaching out to clients and ensuring processes are undertaken correctly

To succeed you will need:

Previous financial services experience (such as: Wealth management, IFA, Investment, Pension, Banking or Accounting)
Experience with Excel/ Office
Experience with client communication
Organised and proactive, able to prioritise and manage deadlines
Understanding of regulations and compliance where appropriate
GCSE English and Mathematics or equivalent

Please note this is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
