1 Year FTC- Customer Service Opportunity for growing business
About Our Client:
Our client is a leader in logistics based in the Warrington area.
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries/complaints, recording issues and the resolution via the Activities system
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Evaluate and deal with calls within own knowledge and redirect others as appropriate e.g., technical support and the sales team
- Build strong internal relationships with key accounts and sales team to ensure best possible service provided
- Create/maintain customer accounts within SAP
- Be motivated to exceed the expectations of the customer and ensure the best standards are always achieved.
The Successful Applicant:
- 2+ year consistent Customer Service
- Experience in resolving customer issues/complaints
- Confident and effective communicator, ability to handle escalated calls, complaints, and queries as necessary, dealing with customers/stakeholders in a sensitive and diplomatic manner
- Experience of using SAP, Microsoft and Excel
