HR Generalist

Toomebridge

Vickerstock are working alongside a leading engineering client based in Toomebridge to recruit a HR Generalist to join their busy team on a permanent basis.

The HR Generalist will work alongside the HR Manager.

The HR Generalist will be responsible for the following:

Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies
Managing the endtoend recruitment process
Coordinating and delivering effective employee onboarding and training of employees
Managing performance evaluation processes and providing guidance and support to managers on performance issues
Providing advice and guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures
Managing employee relations issues
Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
Providing HRrelated reports and data analysis to the management team

The HR Generalist should be able to demonstrate the following:

Minimum 2 years' experience within Human Resources
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
CIPD qualification or working towards the qualification would be desirable
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail
