Signature recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a well-known, fast growing & successful law firm based in Central Bristol.

Working in a brand-new building you'll play a key role in the day to day running of the office, working as part of a very friendly and welcoming team.

The company are growing quickly, so it's a very exciting time to be joining.

You don't need to be hugely experienced to do well here, all training is given, but you do need a great attitude and fantastic communication.


This is a part time, permanent role, working hours are 21 per week spread across Monday to Friday OR Monday, Tuesdays and one other weekday.

Responsibilities:


  • Reception duties which include meeting and greeting all visitors and colleagues and monitoring switchboards
  • Process and distribute mail and arrange courier services
  • Maintaining office stationery and supplies
  • Organising and refreshing meeting rooms
  • General administration support ideal
  • Maintaining meeting rooms and preparing for scheduled meetings & maintaining meeting room diary
  • Making travel arrangements on behalf of colleagues and guests.

Requirements:


  • Experience in a similar administration role/office coordination role
  • Excellent and clear communication both written and verbal
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • MS Office competent.
