Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for three Assessment, Verification and Accreditation Coordinators working for a well-known company based in Greater Manchester.

There is a full-time position, and two part time positions for the next 15 months.


The Role

Duties

  • Verification of the Level 3 Diploma in Policing, Level 4 First Line Police Management and Level 5 Police Management qualifications.
  • Offer resilience and support, regarding assessment in the workplace, across the force.
  • Coordinate the work of Borough Assessment, Verification and Accreditation Officers and provide performance feedback.
  • Maintain accurate and verifiable records of assessment and achievement records as required by the awarding body.
  • Communicate with and support other staff (Lead Verifier, Inspector, boroughs, and branches) involved in the assessment/verification and accreditation process to ensure College of Policing and Awarding Body Standards are met.
  • Deliver adequate support to colleagues to ensure successful implementation, continuity, and resilience of service of assessed/verified and accredited programmes across boroughs/branches.
  • Ensure continuous professional development and occupational competence/knowledge as an assessor/ verifier is maintained.
  • Adhere to all policies in relation to Assessment, Verification and Accreditation.
  • Adhere to Assessment and Verification strategies, processes, and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • Must have previous Assessment, Verification and Accreditation Coordinator experience,
  • Full Police will be required prior to starting the role
  • Full UK Driving Licence, and access to a vehicle
  • Assessors Certification, as you will be required to have a Assessor Qualification and have supervisory experience
  • Valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
  • Excellent IT Skills, for processing information on the Internal systems.
  • Excellent people skills, being able to talk to the public, clients, colleagues, and other senior professionals.
  • One Full time post hours a week
  • One Part time post hours a week
  • One Part time post 18 hours a week
