Are you an Inspirational Learning Mentor looking for a full time long term contract?

Tradewind Preston are delighted to be working with an Alternative Provision in Burnley to recruit an experienced Learning Mentor to start January 2023 on a long-term contract.

This position will run until at least July 2023 with the potential to go permanent.

The Alternative Provision has a warm family feel and staff make you feel welcome. Additionally, they have a strong SLT team and always happy to help develop staff that go in on supply. You are made to feel like a permanent member of staff wither your therefor 1 day or long term.

The school has close links with the motorway with a large car park or two minutes' walk from the main bus stop.

To join us and be successful in this Learning Mentor role you will need to:

Hold Level 3 or Degree Qualified
Team Teach (not essential as training can be given)
Knowledge and understanding working with challenging behaviour, trauma and Social and Emotional behavioural difficulties
Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
You must have the legal right to work in the UK
