A fantastic opportunity for a Sales & Business Coordinator to join a dynamic, fast paced team based in Aberdeen.

The primary purpose of this role is to support the delivery of agreed budgets, driving organic and strategic growth within the appointed territory(s) as well as working towards driving growth initiatives in existing and new market segments.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Input data into CRM and support assigned sales opportunities, assisting the conversion rate of the opportunities with the support of the team
  • Comply with company systems, processes and procedures relating to sales, quotes, and purchase orders
  • Contribute to sales and business development strategy
  • Provide business administration support and coordinate sales activity for the region
  • Coordinate the preparation of quotations / tenders and coordinate tender process and submissions as per company process and in liaison with the group department leads
  • Assist in the preparation of sales plan, reports, and reliable forecasts for monthly reporting in a timely manner
  • Comply with quality, safety, environmental management systems and procedures to ensure all duties are executed in a safe manner minimizing harm to the environment
  • Conduct all activities in accordance with the Company's Policies and Procedures

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in business or relevant technical discipline
  • 1 2 years' experience in the oil and gas / Renewable energy sector with a proven track record in sales or proposals
  • Experience in using SAP systems desirable
  • Proficient with the use of Excel
  • Overview knowledge and understanding of Offshore mooring sector: Markets, competition, risks, opportunities and regional business models
  • Understanding of the renewable floating offshore wind market
  • Strong communication, presenting, listening, and negotiation skills
  • Problem solving, Decision making and analytical abilities
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft packages is essential
  • A strong ability in building relationships with clients is essential
  • Being able to travel on a regular basis
