Akkodis is currently recruiting for a Project and Procurement Support Officer, to join our prestigious client in Milton Keynes on a 11 month initial contract.


Role:
Project and Procurement Support Officer

Duration: 11 Months initially


Rate:
£325 per day


Status:
Outside IR35


Location:
Milton Keynes


Please note for this role it would be advantageous for you to have central government experience and hold and SC clearance.

However this is not essential.


Mandatory Experience Required:

  • Experience of working within Defence and/or National Security settings
  • Experience of project management and project support.
  • Experience within a Procurement/purchasing/supply chain environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in administration including a solid working knowledge of PowerPoint and MS Word. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.
  • A working knowledge of Government (preferably MOD) sector procurement procedures
  • Experience of handling lower level contracts and monitoring and improving performance and mitigating risks.
Must be a British Citizen with eligibility for, or already holding SC level clearance
