Responsibilities:

  • Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
  • Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies
  • Create a safe learning environment for all students

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience working professionally with children
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
  • Follow the safeguarding and behaviour management policies of the setting
