What does a "day in the life" of my new team look like?
You'll work onsite with our Financial Services client based in Knutsford or Glasgow, partnering with Senior Stakeholders, Attraction Teams and Other organisations such as Universities on Emerging Talent Campaigns (Graduate, Apprenticeship and Internship Schemes).
- You'll manage client presence at target universities, always ensuring we are getting value for money out of the agreements and our listings are positioned for maximum effectiveness; measure and own the reporting on response rates
- Maintain the recruitment system so that it accurately reflects the status of all selection activity
- Facilitate the interview and assessment selection process utilising the appropriate exercises templates
- Identify areas of process improvement, service enhancement and opportunities to increase the scope of the service and communicate these to the Manager
What do I need to succeed in this role?
Must Haves:
- At least 12 cycles of experience in Early Careers Recruitment and/or Development
- Track record of delivering campaigns and targeted solutions
- Understanding of the Early Careers and Campus market and knowledge of working with third parties in this environment
- Experience working in a complex matrix environment
Nice to Haves:
- Experience working in Financial Services
- Experience of developing an account from ground up
