Description
An exciting opportunity for a full time Trainee Community Associate Practitioner - Physical Health Lead within the Harrogate, Hambleton and Richmondshire EIP Team.
The role will involve working alongside the other health clinic team members under the supervision of senior practitioners and be responsible for delivering physical health monitoring for a group of service users.
In addition you will be asked to support the clinical team in the delivery of interventions to enable the recovery of service users, under the supervision of senior clinicians.
