RMS - Resource Management Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Stock Controller to join an expanding, reputable company based in Newton Aycliffe.

This will be a temp to perm position for the right person.

The main duties of this role are:

  • Loading finished products and unloading raw materials from suppliers' vehicles.
  • Checking paperwork to ensure the correct products are loaded or unloaded.
  • Ensuring stock is in correct locations.
  • Stock to be rotated and topped up to keep production efficiencies at the required level.
  • Manage and maintain stock checks and counts to keep stock at required levels.
  • Looking for missing stock and reducing waste

The ideal applicant should have:

  • Previous Stock controller experience
  • Experience using SAP systems
  • Excellent reading, writing, and numerical skills
  • Exceptional Communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Valid FLT Reach/Counterbalance license would be advantageous but not essential
Shifts will be 07:00AM - 03:00PM initially on the rate of £11.50 per hour, however if work picks up a second shift of 03:00PM - 11:00PM may be required (this will be £18.40/shift allowance per day)

Salary:
£11.50-£13.90 per hour
