Salary Point 22, £26,208 per annum (£23,770pa actual)


Hours 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (Term Time + 3 weeks, 195 days)


Contract Permanent


Location Stamford College


The role requires a confident, friendly and helpful person who will be able to work under pressure and on their own initiative.

The role involves planning and delivering weekly Personal Development sessions; providing front line pastoral support for their caseload of students and tracking and monitoring student attendance.


The post holder will be required to work the occasional evening to support with enrolment, Parents' Evenings, Open Days and other cross college events.

Experience of working in a similar environment would be advantageous.

Finally, you will have the proven ability to work successfully and influentially as part of a team and experience of organising, managing and delivering learning opportunities to really change lives for the better
