Do you have business development management experience, and are you looking for a new opportunity in Manchester? Podium Recruitment Limited is seeking a flexible, full-time Business Development Executive in Manchester, and the role comes with a basic salaryof £24k and an achievable first-year OTE of up to £52k

As a flexible Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for customer acquisition and onboarding customer management.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

Communicate with conversations with customers, understanding their individual circumstances
Make recommendations on suitable solutions based on what you've learnt about your customer
Handle high volumes of calls, adapting your approach to suit the caller and their needs
Liaise with multiple teams across business, building your internal relationships.
