Head of Marketing- Ftc to January 2024 - London, United Kingdom - Oddbox
Description
The Role:
Reporting into the Chief Commercial Officer, you will lead the creative and performance marketing teams at Oddbox (retention excluded) -adapting and delivering the 2023 marketing plan to grow our active customer base and evolve the Oddbox brand.
Primary responsibilities:
- Lead the marketing team to deliver high performance in order to deliver and achieve our objectives
- Assess capabilities and performance in your area and identify areas of improvement
- Understand high level objectives, allocate resources and steer teams in the right direction
- Manage weekly trading performance to deliver the business plan
- Advice COO and and work collaboratively with Oddbox leadership team
- Own the media P+L forecasting and planning across all online and offline channels, ensuring we drive profitable new subscribers to grow our active base against the 2023 budget.
- TTL campaign strategy, development and execution delivering x2 major campaigns in Q4 and Q1 to grow active customer base
- Help evolve the Oddbox brand work with internal stakeholders and agency
- Drive Partnerships at Oddbox supporting team to scale type and volume of third party brand + product partnerships to drive monthly AOV.
What we're looking for:
- Commercial and analytical mindset, able to make decisions based on metrics.
- The ability to combine a strategic mindset with an actionfocussed approach
- Experience coaching and developing mid sized teams and agencies
- Strong working knowledge of media buying and budget management for a broad range of online and offline media channels including; TV, OOH, leafeting, affiliates, paid social, PPC and and display
- Solid integrated marketing experience of delivering online and offline campaigns with experience of campaign planning including; customer insight, proposition development and building media mix
- Good track record of understanding how best to measure marketing performance and ROI across a variety of channels from brand metrics and attribution through to LTV
- Creative strategy experience and ability to design, develop and deploy value propositions
- Strong strategic voice and analytical skills to ensure creative, formats and plans are optimised for platforms to drive scale and engagement
- Strong facilitation and influencing skills necessary to unblock cross
