Description
Immediate starts available for experienced customer service administrators to join a well
- known company.

  • Your role will be:
  • Acknowledging and processing customer enquiries, including complaints.
  • Managing orders to outside suppliers for artwork, tooling and outwork.
  • Learning to know our products well enough in order answer questions, or to pass the enquiry on to a colleague.
  • Processing orders, quotes, and requests for samples and proof of delivery
