LONDON

£85,000-£95,000 +BONUS +BENEFITS

THE COMPANY
This company is one of the leading challenger banks and known as a market disruptor. They were founded over 10 years ago and have over 4 million customers.

This role focuses on retention of customers and you will be responsible for heading customers andyou will be responsible for heading up this vertical.

THE ROLE
As Senior Manager, some of your main responsibilities will be:

Manage a team of 6 campaign professionals
Work on customer engagement, spend, response rate strategies
Focus on retention of customer
Work with C-Suite to discuss strategy

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

A successful Senior Manager will have:

Commercial experience working within a card's environment or financial services.
Experience working with multichannel campaigns.
Management experience.
Strong communication skills with ability to influence and build effective working relationships.
