Our client is seeking either a Project Manager or Quantity surveyor. My client has grown year on year and are an award winning outsource contractor based in Reading.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to build a future within thebusiness the current managing director worked his way through the ranks, and they are looking for someone who is as passionate about their careers.
What we are looking for:
- RICS Qualified professional. Who has experience of successfully running and commercially controlling projects, from a cost control perspective. Open book accounting and Direct delivery is importnant.
- Making sure projects meet the legal and quality standards requires in line with contract agreements
- Responsible for producing and presenting monthly commercial reports to senior stakeholders.
