Riversdale Residential Home 14-16 Riversdale Road, West Kirby, Wirral, CH48 4EZ _(As part of We Care Group, you may be required to work from other locations at the discretion of the company and with appropriate notice)_

About you
Are you an organised individual, and able provide care and leadership of a team by best practice and legislative requirements, reflecting policies and procedures and agreed-on standards under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
Job Overview
Do you hold an NVQ level 3.
You will have a caring nature and a positive attitude, showing a desire to deliver the best possible service to the residents in our care.

- To provide leadership to the care staff within We Care Group.
- To provide care by current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements, and relevant regulations under the direction of the Manager.
- To supervise the care services within We Care Group by agreed standards.
- To maintain skills at a current level and undertake such training and development as may from time to time be required to maintain practices as up to date.
- Develop effective working relationships with other employees within We Care Group.
- Work in cooperation with members of the multidisciplinary teams to maximize opportunities for residents.
- Ensure residents are at the heart of the care delivery and that their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing.
- To ensure that all staff contribute to the efficient running of the service and supervise staff.
- Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support.
- Attend statutory training and any other training as directed by the management.
- Seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.

- Wirral: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
- Bar management: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
