Description

To advise and guide the Talking Therapies Service on all aspects of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and particularly on its operation within the Improving Access to Psychological Therapy (IAPT) framework.

To have oversight of and contribute to Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) activity within the Service.

To oversee the recruitment, retention, supervision and training of High Intensity (HI) CBT trainees within the Service.
