Your Responsibilities to the Company

  • To always work to uphold the Company's Values.

  • To always carry out tasks in accordance with any documented risk assessment and safe working practice, and make suggestions for health and safety improvements to your manager.
  • To always report accidents incidents and near misses to you manager as quickly as possible.
  • To always carry out tasks in accordance with any documented processes or procedures.
  • To always tell your manager your ideas for improvising the effectiveness or efficiency of any task that you carry out.
  • To always provide excellent customer service to both external and internal customers.
  • To always dispose of waste materials in the designated place in order to maximise recycling opportunities.
  • To minimise any waste of water, gas and electricity by ensuring taps are switched off after use and electrical items are switched off when not in use.
  • To always process Company data in accordance with the Company's Data Protection Policy.
  • To always carry out any other duties asked of you by your Manager or a Director.

Your Role is to

  • Update the warehouse planning boards with 'pending' and 'gained' hires.
  • Update the Kit Heaven planting boards with the details of equipment requirements.
  • Clean nonmechanical items of equipment (e.g. sinks, tables, racking etc.).
  • Repaint and label gas cages.
  • Ensure that barcode scanning procedures and protocols are complied with at all times.
  • Muster items of equipment for hire.
  • Establish and maintain flexible equipment marshalling and returned equipment areas within the warehouse to meet the demand peaks and troughs of the Company.
  • Ensure that all equipment is thoroughly prepared for standalone hire, including a completed PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection).
  • Check all collections for completeness and any dirty or missing equipment in both units and standalone equipment.
  • Assist the loading and unloading of vehicles.
  • Complete all documentation in a proper and timely manner.

Essential

  • Physicality for manual handling. This role involves bending, stretching and twisting.

Salary:
£21,650.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
