Metalis are currently working with a company in Sheffield, who specialise in machining
Aerospace components. Our client's looking for a
HR Advisor on a permanent,
PART TIME basis.
Salary - £22,000 - £25,000 - Depending on experience
CIPD level 5 desirable as is experience of manufacturing but not essential.
Responsibilities:
- Processes of new starters and inductions
- Deal with any leaver processes
- Business training
- Disciplinary control and involvement
- The writing up of job descriptions
- RTW Meetings and absence management
- Salary amendments
- Involvement in appraisals
- Team updates
