LPC Maintenance are seeking a part time, senior credit controller to work one day a week from our offices in Queensbury, Harrow.


About us:


Here at LPC Property Maintenance we have a great management team backed by qualified plumbers, electricians, heating technicians and experienced tradesmen ready to carry out repairs and maintenance to both residential and commercial properties.


Duites:


  • Follow up on outstanding debts of more than 60 days
  • Issue first and second warning letters
  • If non complicance, then to escalate to court proceedings
  • Full understanding of latest regulations

Hours:


  • One day per week between Mon-Fri, flexable on what day, potential for overtime depending on workload

Job Types:
Permanent, Part-time


Salary:
£160.00 per day


Benefits:

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Stanmore: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- accounting: 1 year (preferred)

- credit control: 5 years (required)
