Do you have experience of working in a finance team and knowledge of working on a finance-based software

My client is looking for someone to assist the company accountant in ensuring all administration is kept up to date in the finance department.

Responsibility

Input transactional data on to their finance and other systems

Input supplier invoices

Understanding and managing of the purchase order process

Collation of payment runs

Assist the company accountant with information required by the company's auditors

Assist company accountant and finance manager with project work

Undertake any other finance administration required by the finance team
