Our Client a well-known Commercial Vehicle Dealer Group are seeking a Parts Administrator for their team based in Southampton.

Duties of a Parts Administrator with our Client

To accurately identify and source parts requirements.
To maintain an active communication with customers on the current situation regarding supply of parts.
Allocating Parts to internal departments and external customers
Taking Orders from Customer
Confirm the correct parts are identified and dispatched to internal customers, updating customers with delivery status
To be a good team player, assisting other members of staff when appropriate.

What our Client expects of their Parts Administrator

Previous experience with truck vehicle parts is highly desirable, or other automotive parts experience is advantageous
Able to provide excellent customer service at all times
Able to build relationships with clients
Highly organised
Able to work as part of a team
Customer focused
