Location - Rodbaston / Tamworth (with regular travel across campuses)


An exciting opportunity has arisen at South Staffordshire College The college are seeking to appoint an exceptional individual to support us on our journey to becoming outstanding.

Are you motivated and passionate about quality improvement? If so, you can make a real difference in helping our learners realise their ambitions.


As Quality Coordinator you will support quality assurance and improvement processes for the College with a specific focus on leading cross college IQA, tutorial, learner voice and improving learners' value-added scores.

The post requires an energetic and creative professional, committed to improving learning and learner outcomes.

You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have a clear vision of quality improvement strategies, knowledge of awarding bodies and their qualifications and experience of Ofsted inspection is essential.
