Douglas Scott are working with a international award winning law firm seeking a Commercial Associate (1-4 Years PQE) to join their Manchester office in the heart of the city centre.

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, growing Commercial teamrecognised in the tier 1 standings within the Legal 500.

The clients both nationally and internationally are firmly situated in the FTSE 100 where you will be expected to manage your own workload with help from supporting partners and managing associates,dealing with a variety of commercial work, preparing and negotiating a range of commercial contracts for clients on both the customer and supplier side as well as managing transactions across IT, data protection and intellectual property issues.
