An exciting opportunity has arisen to become an integral member of our Organisational Development (OD) team as an OD Business Support Officer.

We are looking for a friendly, compassionate, enthusiastic and vibrant person with excellent interpersonal skills, strong organisation abilities and a desire to support our team and our leaders in everything we do.


Our team is currently in the process of growing our range of leadership development initiatives and programmes of work, as well as expanding our work in relation to staff engagement, health and wellbeing.

This role will provide project and administrative support to the OD team across all programmes of work.

  • The OD Business Support Officer will provide an efficient and professional administrative service to the Organisational Development team, which will also involve provision of an advisory service to managers and staff across the organisation
  • To ensure the smooth administration and the appropriate levels of administrative support are in place for a wide range of activities relating to leadership development, talent management, staff wellbeing and engagement.
  • Support the delivery of the OD interventions across the Trust by booking venues, catering and all necessary equipment.
  • Work with team colleagues to develop and circulate effective communication materials to market the Trust's OD, leadership development, talent management, staff wellbeing and engagement initiatives
