The Best Connection are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Dudley

We are currently recruiting for Stores Supervisor.


Duties to include:


  • Manage the Stores team and all incoming and outgoing materials / components.
  • Maintenance of ERP database
  • Ensure all Company processes are adhered to
  • Plan future workloads with the Purchasing and Planning Departments
  • Review Staff performance through relevant KPIs, providing feedback to Team when required.
  • Manage the stock of consumable items ensuring not over or understocked
  • Attend daily team meetings.
  • Lead continuous improvement teams to resolve / improve Systems and working practices
  • Promote a safe working environment in all areas.
  • Maintain a good standard of housekeeping

Hours

  • Monday to Friday

Rate of pay
- £14

  • Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
  • 28 days Paid Annual Leave prorata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
